“Daca vrei sa ingropi o problema, formeaza o comisie”, spune o vorba populara, ce explica perfect degringolada si disperarea din economia romaneasca. Astfel, recent guvernul a semnat un decret de infiintare a Consiliului National pentru Competitivitate, care are ca obiectiv Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate Romania 2020. Comisia va fi formata din 20 de reprezentanti ai mediului academic si universitar, reprezentanti ai asociatiilor de afaceri, decidenti in institutiile centrale. In eforturile de a deraia complet afacerile private din Romania, executivul nu a pierdut vremea in ultimii doi ani pentru infiintarea de comitete si comisii (conform fin.ro):Grup interministerial pentru gestionarea absorbtiei fondurilor comunitare (ianuarie 2009) Comitet interministerial cu privire la problemele fraudei si evaziunii fiscale (august 2009) Comitet interministerial pentru aplicarea politicii in domeniul ajutorului de stat (decembrie 2009) Comisie interinstitutionala pentru monitorizarea indeplinirii obiectivelor cuprinse in MCV (februarie 2010) Grup de lucru interministerial pentru stabilirea unei strategii de incurajare a fabricarii autovehiculului electric in Romania (aprilie 2010) Comitet interministerial pentru combaterea muncii la negru (aprilie 2010) Grup de lucru pentru elaborarea si monitorizarea Planului de actiuni referitor la imbunatatirea mediului de afaceri (20 aprilie 2011) Comitet Interministerial pentru trecerea la euro (29 aprilie 2011) La toata aceasta armata de comisii ce nu au rezolvat si nu vor rezolva nimic niciodata, se adauga maiestuos Consiliul Fiscal, o institutie “independenta”, conform prezentarii de pe site, dar cu membri numiti de catre Parlament si remunerati din bani publici (aproximativ 100.000 euro/an). In tot acest timp, reglementarile au coplesit intreprinderile private, iar cele care au reusit sa scoata capul la suprafata de sub valul birocratic au fost asediate cu majorari de taxe, inflatie si inasprirea controalelor “pentru combaterea evaziunii fiscale si a muncii la negru” sau in “lupta contra coruptiei”. Intelectualii imaculati vorbesc de reforma statului, iar opozitia si presa critica guvernul pentru ca nu a fost suficient de interventionist. Si ca sa incheiem intr-o nota vesela, alti intelectuali critici vorbesc despre Romania ca avand un stat minimal, cu o ideologie libertariana. Asa ca daca acum avem un guvern de dreapta, ma intreb cum ar arata economia si tara in general cu niste ideologi de stanga adevarati?!
